These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products offered by Bad Clothing (hereinafter "we", "our", "us") via its website [Your Shopify Store URL] (hereinafter the "Site").
1. Purpose
These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by Bad Clothing to the customer (hereinafter "you", "your").

Bad Clothing offers sportswear and athleisure for sale. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the Site in the product sheet for each item. The photographs and descriptions of the products are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly concerning colors.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their tags. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
8. Guarantees
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, as provided by the Consumer Code and the Civil Code.
9. Responsibility
Bad Clothing's responsibility cannot be engaged in case of non-performance or improper performance of the contract due to a case of force majeure, your fault, or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract.
10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Bad Clothing and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or use is strictly prohibited.
